The OpenInnoTrain (OIT) program offers excellent opportunities to bring together academic and corporate partners across national borders in future-oriented, sustainable joint projects. As deputy director of the Institute for Technology and Innovation Management at the Hamburg University of Technology, it is my task to seek and organize the exchange with practice partners.

 

OIT offers me a very helpful and therefore valuable platform for this. Within the framework of this program, I have already twice been able to conduct interdisciplinary workshops with university and industry partners as well as NGOs on specific topics of global innovation management within the framework of secondments with colleagues at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

 

Further activities of this kind are planned, which is why the importance and benefits of the OIT program cannot be underestimated.
