Researchers

Petra works as postdoctoral researcher and project manager at the School of Marketing and Communication as well as the VEBIC platform at the University of Vaasa, Finland. She holds a D.Sc. (Econ.) in the School of Marketing and Communication at the University of Vaasa and a Master in Tourism Management from Hanken, Vaasa, Finland. Petra is currently managing and doing research in the REDISET project focusing upon cyber security in the Nordic energy system. She is also teaching master’s level students in energy transition and responsible business, as well as supervising masters and doctoral thesis work. Her research interests are in the fields of Macromarketing, consumer behavior and transition management, using qualitative approaches to explore system-level challenges in sustainability transitions. Petra is experienced as project researcher, writing proposals for national and EU projects. She holds a position as board member in NEEN and as coordinator in the Finnish Climate University.
