Researchers

Before becoming a researcher, Henrik spent his career as a management consultant and senior partner in a Big4, working mainly within European financial services. He is now a Ph.D. fellow in computer science with a research focus on blockchain for complex business processes, where he focuses mainly on decentralized finance and organizations, leveraging web3 tooling into traditional finance and capital markets, and the impact of regulation in DLT and crypto. While on secondment to the RMIT University Blockchain Innovation Hub, he is researching the role of culture when scaling high-growth decentralized communities and organizations.
