Simona is a researcher and doctoral candidate at Universitetet i Agder (Norway) and Università di Torino (Italy). With a background in International Business, Food Innovation, and Social Entrepreneurship, she aims to bring a transdisciplinary approach to her work.Â
She is an educator and mentor at EIT Food and a member of the Italian Circular Economy Stakeholder Platform. Her research focuses on understanding how groups, organizations, and ecosystems create, adapt, evolve, and transform in response to grand challenges.Â
Passionate about fostering innovative education, Simona is committed to empowering individuals to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset for a more sustainable future.Â
Her involvement at RMIT includes contributions to the Global Business Innovation Enabling Impact Platform, the Circular Economy Hub, and the Fight Food Waste Cooperative Research Centre.
