Merja works as a Development Manager at the Vaasa Energy Business Innovation Centre (VEBIC) at the University of Vaasa. She has 25 years of experience in managing and implementing energy-related research and development projects. For the last four years she has focused exclusively on operational project management and project acquisition in large project consortia. She has worked as a Project Manager e.g. in the Clean Propulsion Technologies project. Merja also has financial management responsibilities in her units at the university.
