Thomas's is the Director of the Institute for Strategic & International Management at TUHH. His research interests lie in the intersection of strategy process research and organization studies, in particular strategy-as-practice, strategy and technology, performative effects of algorithms, corporate digital responsibility, and hybrid organizing.
